Hi bASHers!

​Week #1 was so much fun! Now here is Week #2!

You'll need the following workouts:-
  • LIFT @ HOME #1 OR LIFT @ THE GYM #1
  • metaBURN #1

If you're doing PT, small group or big group on any of these days your workout is covered. You don't have to think about that day!

MONDAY
  • metaBURN #1

TUESDAY
  • LIFT #1
  • 20 mins cardio

WEDNESDAY
  • 60 mins cardio

THURSDAY
  • LIFT #1
  • 20 mins cardio

FRIDAY
  • metaBURN #1

SATURDAY
  • bootcamp OR swim OR 90 mins cardio

SUNDAY
Rest Day

Remember you can always shuffle your days around BUT you must have:-
  • 2 metaBURN days
  • 2 LIFT days
  • 2 cardio only days
  • 1 rest day
